Update, 2:21 p.m. ET: Stu Schuyler, Nick's father, said he spoke with his son and that he had been in the water since Saturday afternoon. The rescued boater is in serious but stable condition. "He looks OK," Stu Schuyler said. "He's got a few cuts and bruises. His temperature is not that far from normal."
Update, 2:25 p.m. ET: Schuyler's mother, Marcia Schuyler, said her son told her he was thinking of her while he was stranded at sea. "'Mom, I kept saying you're not going to go to my funeral' " she said her son told her. "That's what kept him hanging on."
Update, 3:21 p.m. ET: Capt. Timothy Close said his officers have spoken with Nick Schuyler at the hospital, and much of what they learn from him will affect the search for the other three men. He said the search team is using computer models to estimate where the missing men may have drifted to, but that Schuyler's input will help the search. He could not confirm Ray Sanchez's statement that the missing boaters were together after the boat flipped on Saturday.
